Etienne Pasteau is Economic Counsellor and Deputy Head of the Economic Department at the Embassy of France in Germany. He previously worked at the French Treasury, first in the Department for European Affairs and then in the Climate Unit. A graduate of the École normale supérieure, the Paris School of Economics and the École nationale d’administration (ENA), he has also gained varied international experience in Germany, the United Kingdom and at the European Commission.
