Viktoria Rahn works at the intersection of public sector transformation, digital government and European digital policy. As a Senior Manager at Sopra Steria, she strengthens the European dimension of the company’s public sector business by connecting national priorities with cross-border partnerships and initiatives. Previously, Viktoria served as Managing Director of Possible, a GovTech-focused consultancy dedicated to strengthening collaboration between public institutions, and tech innovators. Throughout her career, Viktoria has worked extensively on advancing innovation in government, fostering cross-sector collaboration, and building bridges between policy, technology, and administration. Earlier roles included positions at the Bertelsmann Stiftung, in the European Parliament, the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs as well as in public affairs consulting. Viktoria is an alumna of the Hertie School and Maastricht University.
