Samuel Blaas is the Managing Director of Cyber Security Sharing & Analytics (CSSA) e.V., a Berlin-based non-profit initiative dedicated to collective corporate cyber defense. In this role, Samuel manages the daily operations and strategic expansion of a secure network comprising major German and European enterprises, including founding members Allianz, BASF, Deutsche Bank, and Deutsche Telekom.He coordinates peer-to-peer threat intelligence exchange and joint data analytics among Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and security teams. Under his leadership, the association facilitates confidential data sharing by utilising specialised technical environments, such as the Malware Information Sharing Platform (MISP), to analyse vulnerabilities and emerging security risks. Samuel bridges technical incident analysis with executive security strategies, ensuring that CSSA provides its enterprise members with the infrastructure required for collaborative, trusted, and proactive cybersecurity coordination across diverse industry sectors.
